Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes.   Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip).   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request. I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end.   The location was fantastic, bang in the middle of Rundle Mall with plenty of shops close by, and a good range of pubs and restaurants in relatively close proximity (ie about a 200 meter walk up Rundle Street). This hotel ticket all of the boxes. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroo - The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.

  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand. The view to the coast was marvellous. The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use. Special mention should goto Melissa and Tash. As a family we have travelled extensively interstate and internationally. Staff make all the difference. We will be back.
