Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. Overall an excellent place to stay with very friendly helpful staff.
The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier.
Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus.
Plus, lovely comfortable grounds and a great location for cafes and restaurants.
Also, convenient for the CBD.

The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly
helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to
find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the
receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find
the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were
upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.
