Regal Park is in a very convenient location for a City visit just 50m off the main dO'Connell St yet we did not have a problem with traffic noise, nor did we hear other guests which was great considering we were in town on the busiest weekend of the year. Check-in desk (male) staff member was very friendly, warm and efficient. Very good value for money, location is excellent (with many fine eateries around the corner in O'Connell Street), room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi is great too, as is the free off-street parking.

Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels -
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but

I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. On a trip to Adelaide that failed dismally across the board my travel companion and I both agreed that Franklin Central Apartments was the one part of our stay we enjoyed! The rooms were smartly decorated and kept in pristine condition, the staff were friendly and approachable and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room. If by some vague chance I ever happen to stay in Adelaide again I will gladly do so with Franklin Central and will recommend my friends to also!
