The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.

I liked everything about this location. The guest amenities were thoughtful, caring and very welcoming. The location is excellent, the flat was very warm and comfortable. The owners did everything in their power to leave us with nothing to want for. It was a home away from home and such a beautiful experience. I am grateful to the owners for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. They truly care about their guests. I can't wait to go back.

The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park. The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning
flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very
comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for
breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub
free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful.
Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

Beautiful small house on the top of the hill, the spring is murmuring downstairs. Wonderful garden views from all windows. Nobody around. Very quite and peaceful place, Very comfortable apartment. A little bit too expensive, but probably it is because we spend there only one day - the week will be cheaper. -

Can't wait to stay here again!! This is a rare find. Countryside location surrounded by Thatched roof cottages. A quirky 15th century building brimming with character, ample car-parking, cosy, clean & comfortable rooms and absolutely the best food I have tasted in a long time. We stayed for one night on our way to Bristol airport.The house is beautiful with super old beams & some very nice pieces of antique furniture.Breakfast is a do it yourself job (in the spotless kitchen ) which suited us fine as we were leaving very early in the morning for our flight so actually didn't bother except tea.Could not be more conve

The house has been newly renovated. We were the first people to stay in
our room! Johan was very helpful, and explained things very well. The
house is a bit of a maze and you needed a tour guide to find your room
;-) Private parking at the back of the house. There looked to be great
views over the mendips, but we couldn't really get the full benefit
due to pouring rain!

What a wonderfully warm welcome after a long journey. We could not have wished for a more welcoming start to our time in Bath. From the introduction to the workings of our house for the next few days to the advice re negotiating the town, We could not have wished for more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Nice & friendly & look after us really well. They went over & above what we expected, phoning the local pub & booking us a table, giving us tea & biscuits in the garden. The rooms are really good & very comfortable. Breakfast was first class especially the sausages & bacon. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break in the country.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, everything that we needed was there. There was a magnificent bath in the very spacious bathroom, as well as a very modern separate shower. we were very happy with the secure onsite parking. The apartment was self catering, but meals were available at the sister hotel next door where the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
