Wonderful hospitality from the owners, Steve and Mandy. We were late by hours to check in at the time we told them we would, but they were so accommodating and waited for us. The house was more than lovely. There wasn't a corner that didn't amaze us. Room was comfortable and pretty. Breakfast was heavenly and scrumptious! Even the little garden was so inviting to just sit there and watch the time slips by. We wish we could spend more nights there!

We just liked everything about it. The room was just lovely with everything you could want.
Sandra was very helpful, and everything that was promised in the advert happened. The food for nibbles and having breakfast was well thought out and excellent. I have recommended it to anyone who needs to stay overnight either for flights or a short break

An excellent stop over for flights from Bristol Airport. Very tastefully furnished, quiet and comfortable. Room was immaculate and owner very helpful, especially with free transfer to airport. Breakfast is self service, but there is plenty to satisfy you. Will use again.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. The room was superb, light and airy with nice furnishings. Plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge in the hall if we needed fresh milk etc. The staff were there if needed and very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped.The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to help to make my stay the best possible. The airport transfer was really good. Justsay when you want to go and you are taken, then on my return i phoned to say i had arrived and 3-4 minutes later they were there to collect me. Fantastic place and people.

This B & B is lovely. The staff and food make this place shine. The design/decor is tasteful and compliments the age and style of the building.
The restaurant food is complex, tasty and although portions sizes are small, because of the richness in the food it is sure to fill you up! The wine list is very reasonable and there is a good selection of wines to choose from.
We would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

We liked everything. Felt totally at home, so much so that we sat on the lounge floor in front of the 'real' fire each evening with the news papers and a drink. How relaxing is that? The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone. The pool needs a special mentiion too, my family think we should get one

The house has been newly renovated. We were the first people to stay in
our room! Johan was very helpful, and explained things very well. The
house is a bit of a maze and you needed a tour guide to find your room
;-) Private parking at the back of the house. There looked to be great
views over the mendips, but we couldn't really get the full benefit
due to pouring rain!
