The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge. The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush. For what we needed it was great, convenient location and easily accessible. Reception staff always happy to help with enquiries. Rooms clean and airy and what you'd expect at a premier stay. -

We liked everything. Felt totally at home, so much so that we sat on the lounge floor in front of the 'real' fire each evening with the news papers and a drink. How relaxing is that? The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone. The pool needs a special mentiion too, my family think we should get one

Everyone was so helpful. We didn't have nearly the problems weanticipated because the staff was so great. Thanks. - The staff were absolutely magic, very kind and helpful. This is so important when you are disabled.
