  Really well located. Right next to the freeway and 2 minutes away walking from the trolley to the convention center. Not far from it (5 minutes walking) there is a Denny's and a 7Eleven. The staff was really friendly and helpful, I'd definitely stay there again - The staff was very nice, the property was clean, older motel with an actual key.   On my way down I learned that my daughter's bed had not arrived to her room, for college move in, and called to change to two beds. It was easily changed and the desk was very helpful on the phone. Comforting as I wouldn't be arriving until late in the evening. - For the price, this hotel can't be beat.   What a pleasant surprise. As I travel a lot for business on a very limited budget, I must say that I've found myself in some pretty bad places for the price. This was shockingly nice. It's no Four Seasons, but I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was. I mean, a call when I got to the room to check if everything was satisfactory? Wow! I would advise anyone traveling to San Jo - location -- close to the company we were working at, across the road from public transit (VTA), Denny's in the parking lot, almost next door to EBay Staff -- very friendly, willing to help with directions, answer questions, help in any way they could Facilities -- not extravagant but all working Clean -- it was clean Price -- it was a business trip, so our company paid, but it was still about 2/3 the price of the lower tier hotels (which all had bad reviews, which is why I chose this place)

  The room was very clean and comfortable. You could tell they really take cleanliness seriously-which is a good thing. The flat screen tv had all kinds of free cable channels to choose from which was great and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! Room was exactly as the pictures online. Outside is still being remodeled but the rooms are very nice and clean. It was very close to downtown.

  Nice, confortable Motel with big rooms and quite. Staff is very helpfull. It is located near a 24/7 bus line. - Nice area, fairly quiet despite of traffic on Alameda Road. WLAN free. Good Mexican restaurant very close by.

  Courtous staff, great location for attending HP pavillion show. More ammenities than expected- hairdryer, microwave, coffee, tea, refridge. - Good price. Air conditioning worked well. We had a quiet room on the back side of the property so we did not hear street traffic.

  The location of this site is excellent relating to location to light rail, airport, Starbucks, and quick eats. It is also close enough to major highway onramps, such as routes 101 and 87. Although this site seems like it may not be safe, I didn't have any problems with noise or confrontations.   Morning coffee, McD's next door; ease of access from and to freeways needed; quiet; climate control in my room was good - gas station with mini-mart close by. - It was inexpensive, the room was clean, the fridge and tv worked. The bathroom although old had a good shower with adequate hot water.
