This was my first stay at a double tree and it was great. The room was
clean and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome
especially with the poolside movie. The staff was great and very
helpful. It was a great hotel for the price we paid. -

I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. -

I particularly liked the restaurant, the staff and the menu. On Friday,
Feb 22 my nephew, his wife and two month old baby joined my partner and
I for dinner. We stayed long after closing hours and the staff were
pleasant, accommodating and didn't rush us. It was great. -

What a pleasant surprise. As I travel a lot for business on a very
limited budget, I must say that I've found myself in some pretty bad
places for the price. This was shockingly nice. It's no Four
Seasons, but I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was. I mean,

location -- close to the company we were working at, across the road from public transit (VTA), Denny's in the parking lot, almost next door to EBay
Staff -- very friendly, willing to help with directions, answer questions, help in any way they could
Facilities -- not extravagant but all working
Clean -- it was clean
Price -- it was a business trip, so our company paid, but it was still about 2/3 the price of the lower tier hotels (which all had bad reviews, which is why I chose this place)

The location of this site is excellent relating to location to light
rail, airport, Starbucks, and quick eats. It is also close enough to
major highway onramps, such as routes 101 and 87.
Although this site seems like it may not be safe, I didn't have any problems with noise or confrontations. The people here are very friendly and helpful. -

Parking was easy, price was fantastic! Clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave. Nice and quiet. Loved the well stocked breakfast in the morning. Clean, nice smelling, and comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant over the phone and in person. Hot complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Conveniently located near airport. Shuttle service was on-time for both pick-up and drop-off. Shuttle driver drove safely.

Morning coffee, McD's next door; ease of access from and to freeways needed; quiet; climate control in my room was good - gas station with mini-mart close by. -
It was inexpensive, the room was clean, the fridge and tv worked. The
bathroom although old had a good shower with adequate hot water.
