The staff was very good. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Well located with a shop just downstairs to purchase and the little gourmet items you might need to have on hand to pleasure your palate. Location, location, location. Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. Check in staff very friendly and even asked what floor I would prefer( I liked the option). It was a warm day and they had iced bottles of water by the door. Option to park for free in the garage near by, but valet was wonderful as you do have to roll your bags down a busy street.

Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. We have relatives in San Jose and visit often. This will now be our hotel of choice whenever we visit San Jose. Please thank your staff for us. They all made our stay wonderful.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I fell in love with it, didnt
even want to leave. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well to
any questions or requests. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing,
and made theis experience a very nice treat. I will definately be coming

Perfect if you need a good experience in SJ , Parking was free and huge. -
The grounds were beautiful, and reminded me of my days at the University
of San Diego, which has been accused of looking like a country club.
We enjoyed the pool with some of my nieces and nephews who came for a swim, and we had a great day with family!
Overall it was a great stay with lots of character, and a beautiful place to call home for the week!

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier.

I stayed here for three nights with my husband and two little girls. I had an AWESOME stay! It's hard to find a budget-friendly hotel that is also comfortable enough to have two toddlers in. The staff was really friendly and the beds were so comfortable! We also had a huge jacuzzi tub that we really liked! I will definitely stay here again. -
