On my way down I learned that my daughter's bed had not arrived to her room, for college move in, and called to change to two beds. It was easily changed and the desk was very helpful on the phone. Comforting as I wouldn't be arriving until late in the evening. -

Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel.
