  The location was great. Hilton is directly attached to the convention centre and it is within walking distance of San Pedro Square, which holds a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly - it was all good. I would stay there again.

  The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant in the halls and always greeted us with warm smiles and conversation. This will now be our hotel of choice whenever we visit San Jose. Please thank your staff for us. They all made our stay wonderful.
