We stayed here after a coast trip for business it was fabulous. Great lication right in the marina, excellent staff and service. My son enjoyed the balcony and breezeway dining, simply beautiful and centrally located to all attractions LA and Malibu. Will stay here again. -

We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. Safe, comfortable accommodations; convenient location; superb services such as room service.

Pros
I was able to check in early. Jonah at the front desk was very helpful. The decor is fantastic. The old elevators are really cool. The bed was very comfortable and the air cond worked great. Close to many Hollywood spots and plenty of free parking. The hotel has the look as the type of place a 1920's gangster would stay in it's really cool.
Cons
A bit pricy 137.00 for the night.
No phone in the room.
The room is small as is the bathroom.

Great location and very comfortable. Not a luxurious hotel but a great value in the heart of Westwood Village. Free breakfast was quite good as these things go. Convenient for visiting UCLA. -
Great location, very comfortable beds, nice size rooms. The desk clerk on the morning of 2/10/2013 was very helpful and pleasant.

Great location and very easy to get from lax airport. Close to Venice
Beach and Santa Monica. Not the cheapest hotel in area but previous
experience of Marriott quality did not disappoint. Would stay there
again and recommend to others. -

Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

Everything was perfect at La Quinta. Since I get there, with an early check in they found a very nice and very clean room for me. Nice view to be at that area, immaculate cleanness , nice bathroom, super HD flat TV SCREEN, free internet, shuttle bus running all day long to and from the airport every 10 minutes.

Good location. Few steps away from McDo, Subway, Taco Bell & Am Pm.
The room was big. Fast wifi. The breakfast was okey. The front desk
especially Frankie was very very very nice. They gave us a super late
check out til 6pm without extra charge. We had a problem with Southwest
and didnt help us. Its so stressful especially with 2 kids and 8 big
luggages. Frankie made our la quinta experience wonderful. We are
definitely staying at la quinta again.

A really nice place, we stayed here for 5 days over the weekend and it was wonderful. During low season there is no parking problem as mentioned from other guests. The included breakfast is absolutely sufficient to start the day, for more just walk 150m to Washington Blvd. which is also a good location for lunch / dinner. Would / will come again.

I love the size of the suite. It was like a 1bedroom apartment and the patio was clean and quiet and right outside - just steps from the sand/beach... What an awesome hotel!!!! The pictures didn't do any justice, it's better than the pictures. They forgot to post pictures of their patios, upstairs and downstairs for the 1bdrm suite's.
