I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. Thank you beverly and brett very much appreciated!

Great location opposite parkland and within walking distance of shops (good walk but pleasant). Nicely appointed units with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great to have washing machine when away for a few days. Also has great outdoor areas. Enjoyed our stay and owners very helpful and friendly. -

Absolutely stunning, clean, luxurious and modern rooms with a huge emphasis on glamour. Staff/owners went out of their way to accommodate both mine and my friend's family. Would absolutely recommend these apartments/rooms/studios to anyone who wants affordable luxury in Ballarat. Everything you could ever want in a room, very well planned and thought out. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, went out of their way. Our rooms couldn't have been more comfortable - really value for money, not depressing like some motel rooms. And to be right on the river was just beautiful. -
My grandson borrowed the owners fishing pole and went fishing. It was clean and just what we expected.
