  The location, the staff, the restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and Daylesford is a very pretty country town. The staff were helpful and attentive. There was a problem with some shampoo my wife bought from the hotel (they gave her the wrong thing, but she didn't find out until we got home almost 2 weeks later). You couldnt ask for better customer service. It was amazing.
