The waiter at the burger bar was fantastic - he really deserves to be acknowledged. My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

We were attending a Jazz Festival at the Resort. We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year

It's the best hotel in our trip. Good location, beach is behind house. Very warm and cozy stay, like a home. I like everything the staff is very good. Heath i think the guy who checked us in was very nice. the food was great, the room was very nice and clean. you steps away from the beach. if i come back to aus and will be spending time in the lorne i must come back to this hotel.

great place to stay,clean friendly staff,just a stroll from the main town. enjoy sitting around the pool during the day then having a hit on the tennis courts, followed by taking the kids to the games room before bed. have stayed there every january for the last 5 years with family & friends and continue to go back for a relaxing getaway. -

I thought the resort was great - we stayed in a motel style unit which was clean and tidy but showing its age. Location and access to other facilities, especially the golf club was great. Given the recent wind damage to surrounding areas the community needs to be congratulated on the massive cleanup. -

Just across the road from the beach. The cabin was spacious and well equipped for myself husband and 4 children. Also liked separate bathroom and toilet. -

Rooms clean and well appointed rooms serviced daily to very good standard check was outside of hours but staff had in all in hand our room had heater and light on for our late arrival will definitely stay again super quiet so can sleep well and beds comfy -

We loved our own balcony and the privacy. It felt like no one else was there. Restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, service was perfect. We will stay again. -

Liked the country feel of the accommodation, out of the city but still close enough should we need anything. Loved the peacocks roaming around free. Free wi-fi is also good. Handy to Lake Hume (i.e. right there) for summertime, and in nicer weather the mini-golf would be fun.
