The owners are very welcoming and helpfull, you feel as though you have arrived to stay with friends,the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they have put a lot of thought into usefull and nice things eg magazines, tissues, bathrobes, extra blankets, comfortable chairs to sit in,clock radio with alarm, melbourne and local information booklet in room very helpfull and extensive. I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. Thank you beverly and brett very much appreciated!.
wszystkie opinie » The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They took us to and from the Austin hospital each time it was required. Nothing was too much trouble. Brett is a chef, breakfast was beautiful. The cleanest and most comfortable accommodation I have ever stayed at. Very very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone. Best B&B we have ever stayed in.Very welcoming hosts, extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist in every way possible.Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, as well as a super breakfast! Can highly recommend to others and we will definitely stay again. Thank you Brett and Beverley. The hosts Brett & Bev were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and came with a spacious bathroom with a bath and a private lounge. Breakfast was yummy. We were driven to and from the hospital for an appointment which was a godsend as were from the country so less city driving was great. My husband travelled all the way from Geelong and still felt at home while at the Austins. We loved the hospitality of the lovely host, Brett and our room and breakfast were all soo lovely. We would recommend this place to mates and book again if we have another function to go to in Bulleen. The owners, Beverley and Brett were friendly and helpful and were happy to pick up and drop me at my venue and the train station which was quite close by. Friendly hosts, first class rooms, lovely outdoor area.Abundance of food for breakfast.Airconditioning great.Everything exceeded our expectations. Brett & Beverley were excellent.
