The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the bathroom spa and the excellent dinner where I experienced my first wagyu steak which was absolutely superb. Thanks Steve and staff for making our short stay such a memorable one!

The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.

I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights don't need to waste resources to have a useless

We were surprised that we were allocated to stay at Vine Court, which is not part of the hotel at all, but is a refurbished motel 350 metres further along the main street. We actually preferred this location as the rooms were recently refurbished, quiet and well-priced for budget overnight accommodation for either a couple or 2 people -

I think a Continental breakfast provision could be supplied to the room for the same cost to make this place more attractive. We also had a meal at the Vine Inn eating facility and found this to be very good.
