Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We really felt that each of the them was committed to ensure that our stay was exceptional. It was!. our room had brilliant views, a very comfy bed. There is a great pool and spa area. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5th quarter bar, it has so many different and interesting items of sporting memorabilia. And our meal and service in the Carusos' Dinning room was second to none Thank you for a wonderful wedding anniversary weekend.
wszystkie opinie » Brilliant, comfy King size bed! Good size room, Well equipped bathroom including a bath. Lovely views of Lake, restaurant was family friendly - food and staff were great! Breakfast was included and we had a range of choice of food... terrific! Close to Footy and shopping centre... We have booked again. Lovely lake views and spacious well appointed rooms. Very comfy beds and bathroom was great. The Bistro offers a wide selection of meals at affordable prices. Breakfast is included and was delicious! Highly recommended!. Location - far enough out that you enjoyed the quiet of the lake and access to the beach, but close enough to make the city easy to reach. It was also an easy drive to all the local highlights like the Barossa!!. A wonderful lake and sea view from room, including early morning rowers. Good, clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Great service and food. Will definitely stay again when in Adelaide. What can't you like about West Lakes Resort. Everything at the Resort is ran efficiently and smoothly. If anyone is looking for a night to get away from everything there's only one place, West Lakes Resort. It was totally relaxing & felt like you could be anywhere, not in suburbia. Our meal in the restaurant was magnificent, dinner & breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed catching up with an old friend. Everything was amazing and the breakfast was sooooo good staff were amazing and so friendly. I also loved the fact that you guys have an app it is so helpful. We will hopefully back again one day.. Great setting overlooking the lake and opposite westfield shopping centre and bus terminal so very easy to get around and also purchase anything you need. Everything, the room was amazing and very comfortable bed, the included buffet breakfast is awesome the view of the lake is fantastic great place to stay. The Staff were fantastic. During our stay there was a power blackout, the staff were super attentive to our needs and all guests during this trying time. Comfy beds, large room, great food at Crusoes restaurant, Breakfast included which has many choices of food,Shopping at West Lakes Mall, Footy nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast, staff were more than accommodating to provide gluten free food. Reception staff were happy to assist with all requests. In-room spa has a window through to the main area, allowing view of lake-side sunset and the TV (which has an additional speaker in the bathroom). The convenience for our appointments, the top accommodation, and excellent food. The staff in both eating places were great. Location to beach, shops, and city. Free and easy parking The facilities were great could be added to with a day spa. there was a power outage the night i was there, the staff didnt panic and kept everyone informed. thankyou. Location, view, peacefulness of resort, balcony with view, close to shops, walking trail and stadium. Just stayed the one night after long flight. Friendly staff and good clean rooms, great breakfast. Our view was wonderful, overlooking the lake. Everything was so close, shopping and dining. Beautiful hotel, great location across the road from West Lakes shopping mall. spa was great, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. This hotel is a short walk to the shops and a short drive to the city. Nothing!. we only had a problem with the safe it wouldn't open but the staff stored our items in their safe. Nothing. That I was actually sick on the night I spent there with my girlfriend so I'm going to come back really soon. Loved everything. Although still ok the rooms are becoming a little tired and mattresses really need to be replaced within the next 6 months other wise will not be comfortable.rooms can be a little noisy so if you have trouble sleeping this will probably bother you. Swimming pool was too cold. Good service just need the little extras like salt and pepper when you order room service to finish it off. Accumulation of water on bathroom floor due to way bath has been put in. Dampness on tiles where water running down is harbouring mould, germs etc. Not healthy. Holding back $ 100 on my master card for 4 days..Not happy.. Should have been put back straight into my bank account mediately after checking the room on the day of departure,,, Holding money back on me when the room was left in a very clean condition, and nothing was touched in the Refrigerator,,,is just not right,,. Football fans come before hotel guests. The noise outside from the rowing on the lake, not so much the voices of the crew but loud "construction-type" noises - might have had something to do with the boats... Could use a dvd player in the executive suite. The music being piped into the hallways was to loud. Was woken by it each morning. The room was cold. It was a particularly cold night and the room was very cold, not very well insulated. the room we stayed it looks a bit tired the safe was locked enable to used. No secure parking. No mirror in room only in bathroom, no teatowels,pillows a bit hard. Some aspects may require refurbishment. pool bit too small. Hot Breakfast food had been sitting there for awhile & some of it was a bit dry. One small thing was the fan in the bathroom (room 507) only worked intermittently so steam fogged up room during a shower. Nothing!!!. Bathrooms outdated and tired; however renovation next door, so perhaps in progress. Unable to go to bar because it was being rented but bar next door OK. leaving.
