  The staff were wonderful a problem with the room was resolved straight away with the offer of an alternative the food and service in the dining room were exeptional and the rooms were well equipped and cosy - Quaint old building, good breakfast, froendly staff.

  from the moment we arrived our time at the red kite was absolutely superb, neil and juliette made us so welcome and with beautiful spotlessly clean accommodation, fantastic breakfast with such a choice!! i had the amazing pancakes (catering for our gluten free dietry needs), and the most beautiful views of the welsh mountains... what more could yo... hva folk sier » u want. thank you for our lovely stay with you. - The location is wonderful, rural but not far from Hay on Wye. The rooms are delightful. Lively decor, warm and inviting. Food is fantastic - first class. Nice touches with the handmade chocolates on arrival with tea/ coffee and warm oat cookies at breakfast. Lovely couple. Totally committed to high quality and organic ethos.
