The rooms in this baronial house are quite simply breathtaking and are wonderful recreations of period decor. We Booked into the Glenesk hotel for just a few nights in February 2013 as I was viewing property in this lovely area, (which I luckily got) and reading the on-line reviews liked the look of it.

From the moment of arrival, the welcome was amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. Great staff, great feel, has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and due to business, I stay in a lot of hotels! They really did have the personal touch!
