From the moment of arrival, the welcome was amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. Great staff, great feel, has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and due to business, I stay in a lot of hotels! They really did have the personal touch! Location was perfect for union street. We got parked outside the door (£4.00 for 2hrs if it is between 8am and 8pm)

Ben on reception was very friendly and welcoming and obviously very good at his job. Loved the location, conveniently located just off Union St (passing an Oddbins en route) and really only a 5 minute walk from the train station. A very quiet location too...had a good night's sleep.

Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.

The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and arranged for my bags to be carried to my room. The breakfast was excellent and the next morning the receptionist remembered who I was and asked how I had enjoyed the wedding I had been attending.
