From the moment of arrival, the welcome was amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. Great staff, great feel, has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and due to business, I stay in a lot of hotels! They really did have the personal touch! a big old Scottish hotel, which has been very well modernised. Delightful reception staff, comfortable room and bathroom with large bath and shower. Excellent location - train station, Aldi and Asda all within 5 minutes. Never got to sample trhe 102 malt whiskies in the bar unfortunately!

arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

Staff were very friendly and pleasant and the check in and out took hardly any time at all.
Location was perfect for union street. We got parked outside the door (£4.00 for 2hrs if it is between 8am and 8pm)
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so we had an excellent night's sleep.

Ben on reception was very friendly and welcoming and obviously very good at his job. Loved the location, conveniently located just off Union St (passing an Oddbins en route) and really only a 5 minute walk from the train station. A very quiet location too...had a good night's sleep.
