I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds. Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The decor was impressive and very interesting. The room was lovely, modern, clean and well presented. Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.

The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and arranged for my bags to be carried to my room. The breakfast was excellent and the next morning the receptionist remembered who I was and asked how I had enjoyed the wedding I had been attending. I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful.
They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee.
They got me the parking bay.
The next night the same happened the staff had put cones

Breakfast staff very pleasant and also evening staff in restaurant very
nice. Reception, even though we were the only ones checking in at that
moment, gave us a double instead of twin. Had to come down again to
reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend
Aberdeen to other travellers. No reason not to.

have travelled lots and this is the most efficient, speedy and stress free check in and check out I have experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were no glitches at all. - everyone was very helpfull service was excellent if I were giving it marks out of 10 then it would get 10 out of 10 I would recommend it to all my friends

Continental frokost kunne vært bedre - Problems with the shower, I feel that instructions should have been given to work the taps, I know that sounds strange but I did have a problem!! The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and kind. We've stayed here before (at Rosemount and Whitehall) and look forward to staying again. Rooms are spacious, clean and have more than everything you need and the breakfast is great. Can't say enough about these hote suites!! -
