The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course
and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews

Our friendly Hostess Evelyn warmly welcomed us. She was informative of the facilities available in and around Hampton House. Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel was easy to find, parking was not a problem although we arrived after the parking restrictions. Five minutes walk to the golf course. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good, and the hotel also has a restaurant/bar which has quite good ratings in the town (I was told booking is recommended for a table as it gets quite busy).
You also get 5% discount off drinks in the restaurant/bar if you are a guest.
