An hotel not only used as holiday accommodation but also by locals for morning coffee, lunches etc. All staff were very welcoming and friendly especially the young girls who served breakfast and evening meals, nothing was two much trouble for any of the staff. Meals were good, well cooked and presented and of good choice with reasonable prices. We

The location is perfect to explore Dunfermline. The hotel is also close to the bus station. It was easy two walk with to heavy suitcases to the bus station and get a connection to the airport in Edinburgh. Most of the staff is nice and I had a cute room with a coombed ceiling over the bed and a refurbished bathroom. The breakfast was very good too.

We only used the hotel as a staging point for a trip, we were made very welcome, the room was very well appointed, and the breakfast faultless... Seascape is really comfortable and a VERY relaxing place to stay. Matt makes you feel very welcome and we certainly felt totally at home. He also cooks a mean breakfast too! The location is great, a stones throw away from a lovely beach and the view across the Forth of Firth is amazing. Lower Largo is also a great wee place to stay with a good real ale pub and a couple of nice places to eat. We will be back, oh yes we will be back!

although i only had approx 8hrs there it was certainly one of the best places i have stayed in a long time ,its welcoming,warm , you feel like comfortable , rooms are good in every way the owners are brilliant food is good though had to miss some of my breakfast due to change of circumstances ,i would recomend pitreavie guest house to others ,i will certainly go back again for more than just one night

Quite a difference from the typical inner city European Hotel. They have an excellent Italian Restaurant which the locals seem to love. Even on a Sunday evening we had to wait for a table. Kilconquhar Castle is an absolute treasure of a location. From the swimming pool to the horse stables, to the sprawling grounds, hedge maze, and wood paneled high ceiling dining in the Lindsay Room, you will feel like Scottish royalty.
