  Firstly the room very pleasant I was in room four with view of the palace plump duvet and pillows very comfortable. With large shower room next door with nice decor and toiletries all yu can need although you are asked if you have any requests just ask. Now to breakfasts never have j enjoyed such a breakfast from the freindly welcome and pape... hva folk sier » rs to the best scottish breakfast k have tasted complete with haggis black pudding this young chef is genius and should be in competitions with awar - The atmosphere was just so cosy and comfortable especially for a pre christmas break. The Staff were so accommodating and hospitable. We especially liked the fact we could wander down for breakfast when we were ready as the pub didn't open till 1230. The breakfast was really delicious and we also enjoyed our evening meal the first night.

  It is a lovely resort set in beautiful grounds and so peaceful. It was nice to be able to have a swim after being out all day. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The dressing gowns were a nice touch. We only had breakfast while we were there but there was a great choice and the food was lovely. The staff we did meet were re... hva folk sier » ally nice. Would definately go back - Kilconquhar Castle is an absolute treasure of a location. From the swimming pool to the horse stables, to the sprawling grounds, hedge maze, and wood paneled high ceiling dining in the Lindsay Room, you will feel like Scottish royalty. The staff was also very customer service oriented, helpful, and friendly. Do not miss out on their food, either!

  Location was excellent, a fairly quiet village within easy striking distance of larger places such as St Andrews, Perth, Sterling. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfasts were of excellent quality, evening dinner menu had enough variety for us to eat there 4 or 5 times during our stay.
