  We enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Service was excellent.Room wasexactly as described. Enjoyed the spa facilities.Golf steward helpful inensuring husband was able to go in ballot for old course. - the staff all made sure we were well looked after and looked out for us when returning a little late from golf.   The room had a perfect view overlooking the golf course, water and town in the distance - the bed was a delight! It was also extremely clean. The staff on reception and around the bars/dining area were lovely, very polite and happy to help. The same could not be said for the torn face girl serving in the spa. Club house is certainly worth - I found this hotel to be set in a lovely location about a 5 minute drive outside of St Andrews,the two golf courses are immaculate, the facilities are excellent,the room was comfortable and nicely designed but the biggest compliment I can pay to the hotel, are there staff, who make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door, nothing appeared an issue for them to deal with, this was our first time staying here but after our experience we will definitely be coming back

  The Keavil House Hotel was alovely hotel and I would certainly recommend it to anyone, the service and food was first class and the room was light, airy and clean - Spacious room, quality of breakfast, facilities on hand e.g. swimming pool.

  We dined with friends who were celebrating a 70th birthday and we were presented with a bottle of fizz compliments of the management. A gesture which was greatly appreciated. Also one of the staff came later with a small cake with a single candle.   It is a lovely resort set in beautiful grounds and so peaceful. It was nice to be able to have a swim after being out all day. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The dressing gowns were a nice touch. We only had breakfast while we were there but there was a great choice and the food was lovely. The staff we did meet were re... hva folk sier » ally nice. Would definately go back - Kilconquhar Castle is an absolute treasure of a location. From the swimming pool to the horse stables, to the sprawling grounds, hedge maze, and wood paneled high ceiling dining in the Lindsay Room, you will feel like Scottish royalty. The staff was also very customer service oriented, helpful, and friendly. Do not miss out on their food, either!
