The Woodside was very clean and comfortable, the room was nicely decorated as were the public areas. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of nice clean fluffy towels. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. All in all a nice place to stay. -

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room I booked had excellent views across the bay. The staff where extremely helpful at tall times and the food was also excellent. The atmosphere was just so cosy and comfortable especially for a pre christmas break. The Staff were so accommodating and hospitable. We especially liked the fact we could wander down for breakfast when we were ready as the pub didn't open till 1230. The breakfast was really delicious and we also enjoyed our evening meal the first night.

plenty of electrical outlets (often missing in other hotels). The
breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked and there was a nice choice
of entrees for a hot breakfast. There was optional turn-down service and
shortbread cookies to enjoy with coffee in the room; WiFi functioned
very well (also uncommon in other hotels).

Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.
