This is a beautiful small house: three tatami rooms (2 with TVs &
all 3 with separate air conditioners), bathroom, kitchen, and dining
room. We had four people and were very comfortable here. The house is up
on a hill where it is away from the tourists. Still it is an easy walk
to many attractions. -

This hotel is located right across from the ferry terminal on Miyajima island, so it is very convenient.
The staff were very friendly. The woman who runs the ryokan speaks English very well, and was very helpful.

We had a warm welcome and the location was superb - just across from the ferry but very quiet. It is a good place to have a ryokan experience, we had a comfortable tatami futon room, bed sheets are clean the Japanese breakfast was excellent. This is a superb place for a quiet and good night sleep. We did not realized all the shops on island closed early at night, n have missed dinner time, thanks to the lady shop owner of Yamaichi Bekka, for her kindness to specially arranged a delicious BBQ

It is in a fantastic location - just one street behind the main shopping street, and only a 3 minute walk from the main shrine/torii gate.
The dinner was incredible and a must have if you stay at this ryokan.
The room was very large, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a private toilet in our room.

Awesome staff who had great suggestions about what to do with free time, and they arrange barbecues, nights out, and camping trips over on the island. Great place to meet people. Great location, 5 minutes from the JR station and 1 minute from the ferry terminal. Free lockers for luggage.

The room was perfect, japanese style with views to the Torii gate. The staff was very nice and the room had a lot of facilities (kettle and tea, yukata for the onsen, and momiji manju!!!!). The onsen was sooooo perfect, so relaxing!! I recommend it to everyone!!! -

I stayed at Momijiso 4 years ago - and this is the first place I looked
for when we planned another trip to Miyajima. I wasn't disappointed.
It's out of the way - but don't let that worry you. It's a
