They were just so proactive.

  The decoration and size of the room are great. The biggest and most impressive I ever had for a standard room and toilet facilities in osaka/Kyoto and tokyo. Very good location even not near the JR station. Close to underground shop streets, restaurants and Grand Front (walk across the railway shops ). Hotel locate - We stayed at the Hankyu International hotel for 3nights at the start of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was amazing! We were on the 33rd floor and had a spectacular view over Osaka city. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We loved the heated toilet seat (especially as we were there in winter!) and all of the toiletries. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful.
