  Hotel staff - Evelyn, Nathalie, Sebastian and Louis - absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked more from our stay at this beautiful hotel. Beyond the excellence of the staff, the hotel was very clean and immaculately furnished. Located in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet and peacefull.   After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to "come home" to... the receptionist was friendly and efficient with the check in process and it was of course fantastic that she could speak to us in both English and German. I don't rememmber her name, but she was extremely helpful when we needed to order fast food dinner after midnigh... hva folk sier » t. Finally, the Spa, we intended to spend only an hour 1 or 2 there before dinner but the facilities were fantastic we ended up staying much longer..n - nice new design hotel / room - very clean room incl. bathroom - extremely comfortable bed - noise proof window and quiet room (we had a park side one there can probably be some noise on highway side) - tasty rich buffet breakfast (wide range incl. possibility to make own juice from fresh orange) - nice clean fitness and spa (incl. perfect whirlpool and sauna - 3 possibilities) - close to public transport (app. 5 min. by walk to tram stop, and app. 5 min. to the city center by tram) - free large
