Polite, pleasant and helpful staff.
Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun!
Comfortable bed! Very little road noise.
Not able to comment on restaurant as it was closed that evening. Breakfast had a superb choice of breads and cakes, plus cold meats, cheeses, cereals

Good stopping off venue between N Italy and Channel Tunnel. Beautiful furnishing, unusual decor. Charming and elegant ambience. Very friendly patron and great breakfast. Easy walk into village where we found a great restaurant.

the chateau is located about 5 minutes drive from the center of Strasbourg. The rooms are in the chalet next to the chateau. Our room was very comfortable with a fan, which was very nice since it was about 30 degrees Cel. during the day. The bar is self service. For € 70 per night incl. breakfast, this hotel we certainly can recommend. At the entrance of the chateau gardens is the wonderful restaurant Jardins du Portales. We really enjoyed lunch, and two times diner for a very reasonable price!

This was a lovely, country setting, hotel. The people were extraordinary - very helpful and concerned for their guests. There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.
