We were pleasantly surprised with the helpful and exceptionally friendly staff. One arranged a horse ride excursion for us, helping us navigate around weather issues. The attached snack bar was a nice feature open when we returned to town past normal dinner times. -

It's close to the centre but on the opposite side of the river: this means it's still quiet day and night. The pool was wonderful, towels provided, during the very hot afternoons. Breakfast rather pricey but pleasant out in the garden. - Easy walking access to the old city. Quiet location.

Very nice in all respects especially if you like it a bit of the genuine old-fashioned. Good taste.Host and hostess most charming. Breakfast as you like it. Nice part of town inside the city walls close to the river. A little bit off all the other tourists but only a short walk to all the places you have to visit.

Friendly staff, over and above the normal hospitality you would expect in a larger French city. The receptionist was exuding enthusiam and our bartender Frank was so kind. We loved our hosts, Emmanuelle and Georges. They have refurbished the historic property to a high standard and the attention to detail and design is wonderful. The place is full of artwork which we appreciated very much. The room was a lovely size, the bathroom very big. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast with home-made jams was delicious. O Ange is very near some excellent restaurants and Georges and Emmanuelle have great local knowledge about where to go to eat, where to visit
