  I am disabled and booking was made at last minute because the hotel we had booked in Bourbonne Les Bains proved to be unsuitable. Hotel Herard were very accomodating and everything about them was excellent, including the food. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation. - Excellent very friendly and helpful staff.
