  I am disabled and booking was made at last minute because the hotel we had booked in Bourbonne Les Bains proved to be unsuitable. Hotel Herard were very accomodating and everything about them was excellent, including the food. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation. - Excellent very friendly and helpful staff.   Friendly staff, had a few issues with internet, but the manager put me in a garden room and got everything working, beds were very comfortable, and food at restraunt was sublime, nice friendly people., good value - The price was very low, the location excellent

  Really nice people run this place. Kind and helpful to me at a time when i needed more help than normal because i broke my leg. I enjoyed a really nice nd simple continental breakfast and driving in the counrtry - Charming hotel in a beautiful resort town. Great location in the center of town with a very friendly staff.
