The staff took the time to place us all in the same area of the motel. They we very understanding of our circumstances and were very helpful. The BBQ area was away from the rooms allowing the players to chat without disturbing others. The owner offered us late check out which was very kind. On the day of arrival when I phoned to advise arrival time, they told us to drive safely. Small courtesies which made our stay very pleasant.
