It's a new building. We took the one bedroom apat. It was big, comfortable, we could stay there a month. Its actually a flat with a lot of space. When we booked, we booked the studio, but it was so small that we couldn't even put our 2 suitcases in. So we upgraded to the one bedroom, which was like 3 studios combined. Brand new hotel, very nice, clean and large apt. with everything. Good value! Flott, nytt, design leilighet med fin utsikt. Synd vi bare skulle være der en natt. God valuta for pengene. alle vurderinger » I loved the rooms, the quiet, the location, close to the city but not right in it. The staff could not be more accomodating. And the rates are really are really good value for money. The apartments are new and very well appointed. All the amenities are included and it is clean and comfortable. The location is also good and the city centre in walkable distance. Attentive professional service, perfect cleanliness, top quality furnishings and facilities. Castle Hill views a bonus. We will recommend and will be back, thank you so much!. Great apartment not to far from the airport room was so much more than I expected very high standard and comfortable in evey way would stay again without hesitation. Very conveniently located. Nice 'new' room in very modern complex. Very nicely fitted out kitchen and laundry. Bed comfortable, ample space. Would stay again. I loved how secure I felt, the security elevator keys really made me feel good, was a comfortable stay was not noisy at all and had everything we needed. It was close to the cmc rocks nth qld which is why i was visiting in the first place. The rooms was nice and modern and the staff were friendly. Staff were organised and arranged for us to collect key after hours on a public holiday. Great value for money and very new facility. A luxury appartment at an affordable price. If facility is being marketed as a motel type acommodation I would expect all the above. I did not like that the Austar was playing up and there was a poor selection of movie channels maybe you should allow a button to purchase the movies and charge it to room. Both myself & my partner are non smokers but when we walked into the room we could instantly smell cigerette smoke and even when we left the air cond on for the day we could still smell it very strong. N/A. Unallocated parking but numbered bays... The double room is just that, not very spacious... The advertising was a little deceptive.... It smelt like smoke. Some people just don't respect the rules. Not the accommodations fault. Front desk unattended for arrival during reasonable hours (6.30pm on a Friday). Hotel room quite small, gym contains an exercise bike, mat, exercise ball and 1 multi gym machine. We found it hard to locate as no real signage on the main road the Kensington sign is located around a corner. N/a. No iron or bin in the room. That I had to drag my bag to reception, to the building next door,after finding the sign at the top of the stairs that I lugged my bag up. Having to take my luggage from reception to the front towers. Noise from building site but unavoidable. very small room and the next supermarket is a 20 minutes walk away. Nothing. Nothing. The fact we couldn't open the bed room window, meaning we had to run the aircond. I struggled to find a store (7eleven or similar) within five minutes walking distance, for general items that you may require when you don't have access to a car. Walking down while lift being serviced - no staff at front desk. 1)location 2}noisy closing doors that reverberate through the entire building. Unclean Laundry machine, destroyed some clothes. Staff was unwilling to make any financial refund / apology to mitigate the loss. Highly unprofessional. the size. Wrong code given for after hours which was a bit off putting for a 59 year old woman at that time of night. Bed mattress a bit too soft for my back. Bed was a bit hard. Almost no hotwater in shower. As we checked in after hours the information given was a bit confusing apartment number was stated as k01b on level 1. This was in correct and we spent to much of our time trying to find our room. It should have been l01b. My last stay I had my bed sheets changed and made and room cleaned,i stayed three nights this time and on the second day as I was leaveing I asked for my sheets and bed to be done to one off the cleaning maids outside my room,this was not done over the entire stay. Bathroom tiles had quite a bit of mildew for a relatively new resort Bed very uncomfortable. Room was very small! Nowhere to hang longer articles of clothing up!. Room was very, very, very small. Fill up the kettle in the bathroom and do your dishes there was a joke. Carpet was dirty. Thought that there werent too many people there we could of at least got a balcony. Bathroom had hair everywhere.
