I really like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fast check in, indeed they have my room key ready when I got to the hotel, almost like just waiting for me. Room is big and comfortable. -
The proximity to the Portland Airport, which is the reason we chose this location. The room was also very clean.

Great setting, close to airport and business meeting in area. Beautiful lobby, great food and service. Sat in lobby by fireplace enjoying the Wed. evening manager wine/beer appetizer event. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the few minutes we were able to get into the hot tub. I would like to suggest that you ask folks to limit their time in the hot tub to 15 minutes unless no one is waiting to enjoy it as well.
