I would like to suggest that you ask folks to limit their time in the hot tub to 15 minutes unless no one is waiting to enjoy it as well.

  Everything! We make a trip from nb to Portland every fall to kick off our Christmas shopping season. This was our first time at this hotel and we will be coming back here from now on.   I really like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fast check in, indeed they have my room key ready when I got to the hotel, almost like just waiting for me. Room is big and comfortable. - The proximity to the Portland Airport, which is the reason we chose this location. The room was also very clean.
