hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service

Staff was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and accomodating. Great in every way and we stay a a lot of hotels. Close to the Grand Ole Opry, and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville points of interest. Local bars like Music City Bar just adjacent to the hotel were WAY better than you might expect. -

We have stayed here several times. The facilities are very clean and the hotel is centrally located. It is very nice to have a sitting area to host our friends for dinner or drinks. -
I was given an upgrade with two beds which was very nice and unexpected. It was like being in a small apartment. It was very comfortable and cozy.

purchase some Twix from the front counter and the rep politely informed
me that they did not sell any twigs. That I could have any that I wanted
on the outside grounds. Even though he misunderstood me. He didn't

The staff was incredible friendly and helpful! They knew us by name everytime we would walk by the lobby. The room was very clean and up to date! The free breakfast was definitely a money saver and it was delicious! They upgraded our room for us because it was our honeymoon! There was not one thing I could complain about! -
