Hotel is amazingly clean, right in middle of strip walking distance to Starbucks and a number of restaurants. Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme. I would stay here for relaxing, mountain trip, business but family trip is a must. They have outdoor and indoor pools, nice workout area, and outdoor places to just

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable & the pillows were AMAZING! Even though we weren't traveling with pets, I did like the fact that we saw 3 dogs during our one night stay. I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there. My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves we are planning to stay her

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and very concerned about meeting our needs. Room was nicely set up and clean. Hotel was quite and smoker friendly. Great experience and plan to stay here again. Awesome value paid a lot less then I paid at last hotel and was 10 times nicer.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful when asked. It was a lovely setting and perfect for adults without children. Away from the tourist attractions in the national park. The drive to the lodge is hilly and hairpin bends but worth it when you arrive. Can thoroughly recommend a stay here. -
