I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city -

It was very nice that the internet access was continued after check out. My flight was not for several hours after check out. It allowed me to work while I waited to take the shuttle to the airport. I stayed at a hotel that was about 3 times the price and internet was cut off at the time of check out. Just appreciative of the access. -

I liked the location since my wife had to have surgery in a facility close by. The breakfast was good, the place was clean and the staff courteous and friendly. I will recomment this motel to others. -

My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.
