  The hotel was beautiful, had old-world charm but all the modern conveniences, including a refrigerator in the room. The tall ceilings, big window, and huge bathroom were fabulous. It was convenient to ETSU and all the stores and activities in Johnson City. - Everything!   This hotel was the first hotel that I've stayed in that when I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there. This is a great hotel. - The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and very concerned about meeting our needs. Room was nicely set up and clean. Hotel was quite and smoker friendly. Great experience and plan to stay here again. Awesome value paid a lot less then I paid at last hotel and was 10 times nicer.

My son and I stayed with other families from his travel soccer team for a tournament at the Heritage Park Soccer Complex which was an easy 4 miles from the hotel. I had noticed a couple of online mixed reviews from the past, however our stay was absolutely excellent! Very nice breakfast buffet and other - I liked the complimentary breakfast that the hotel provided each morning of my stay. The staff was very nice. It was in walking range of the Cumberland River and located in close range of my family members that live in Clarksville. Enjoyed the view from the hotel etc.

  I liked everything. The look, the feel, the design, the colour scheme. Rooms were done out to a high standard tho a full length mirror would have been great (I do believe that some rooms have them and they will be put into the others ongoing). No noise from outside to disturb your sleep either. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved staying in this hotel and when next visiting - The entire Hotel Indigo staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with payment upon our arrival and the manager at the desk that checked us in (I'm so sad I didn't ask her name!) was quick to help us out and get us in the room with no problem. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was no fridge in the room but after asking the front desk they brought one up to us immediately. Our stay was great and we'll definitely be back!
