  The hostess, Kim was very friendly and accommodating. The place was just a few minutes walk to the heart of town and the cliff walk. It wasn't fancy but it was clean and comfortable. - Very comfortable rooms. Great location. The staff was so welcoming and sweet :)

  location was good for seeing newport had a view of the bay and close to shopping and restraunts.We have family there and will be back hope to be able to stay there again - Very spacious 2 br/ 2 ba apartment with kitchen, jacuzzi, fireplace and several balconies.

  Stayed on 1st Fl Rm 105. Hotels location was a plus being so near Thames Street & waterfront. The underground garage was great since our car was secure while we walked all over Newport. Housekeeping inquired every night whether any thing was needed prior to morning. The bare brick walls were a nice decor/touch. Rooftop deck was nice to watch the sunset or harbor lig - This place was located in a perfect spot! Two blocks from the center of town. The building had such character and the rooms a beautiful mix of the old with the new. The staff was so helpful and friendly ( especially Jo!)! Awesome view from the top deck of the water. Lots of nice little touches....soft robes, fluffy pillows, good-nite note w/ gummy bears instead of chocolates :-)! Would definitely stay here again!

  We stayed in the king studio room and was small, but well laid out and had a nice mini kitchen with a fridge. It's only about 20 minutes from Newport, just over the bridge, which makes it not too far but not super convenient. The staff was excellent, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. - Was comfortable and clean and good & simple breakfast. There are many facilities for a long stay of a family we did not use (frig and microwave). it is a bit pricey.
