- Historic guesthouse in the middle of the historic district, you won't get more - breakfast room is as shown on the Pics, just as beautiful as the whole building, lovely furnished and so the rooms are - as well. - the hosts Donna and Richard made our stay a wonderful time, always helpful and suggestions for loveley Restaurants you wont find in any guide, e.g. The canfield house, thanks again for the advice.

After we left, my son left his wallet, and Richard send us an email before we realized he had left it. He send it to New York where we were. We had a very good time and we appreciatte his efforts in send it back my son's wallet. Loved the warm and friendly hosts Donna & Rich and their dog Brownie(so well behaved) they made us feel like we were home. The location was perfect, left the car (onsite free parking) and walked everywhere, The homemade banana bread at breakfast was amazing!!. It was charning victorian house. We felt like we were transported back to 18th century. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. It was as if were staying at a friend's house overnight. The location was excellent for tour of Newport. The owners made us feel at home right from the beginning.Donna was helpful with all the information on where to go or where to dine and how to get there . Very peaceful street . We really enjoyed this place!. The Innkeepers/owners were extremely hospitable and tried to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Great location, good breakfast buffet, great tips on what to do and where to dine. The room was nice and big. Plenty of drawers to unpack our clothes. Richard was very friendly and helpful when I left my pajamas behind. The owners were incredibly nice and very helpful, knew the area very well and offered many suggestions for dinner and things to do. very friendly owners, on arrival I received great information on where to go and what to see in town, huge comfortable room. Great Hosts and location .Hosts provided a wealth of information in a comfortable environment. The owners the convenient location the quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Owners helpful, room, decorum, convenient. Standard room with queensize bed is not very spacious, a/c is at the window which is at the end of the bed - right next to your head, you should consider this if you are not used to a/c running while you try to sleep. The outside sitting area could use a little work. Nothing. I was hoping to find a claw foot tub in our bathroom, but everything was fine. How small the room was. the shower the small bathroom the size of the refrigerator.
