Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The muffins, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning were delicious. The pool and hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs. Decor and rooms were well appointed. -

This place was great! It is right in the middle of all the action, a few minutes walk from everything! The inn was charming and authentic. The host for our stay was inn-sitting and he was amazing! We felt welcome and at home. We will definitely be back!! -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive front desk and concierge--available at all hours. The front desk upgraded me to a larger room with morning sun. The bed was very comfortable, firm with a mountain of soft pillows.
Good, fast (and complimentary) wireless.
Fitness room was empty at 5:30 a.m. easily accessible and with towels and bottled water.
