The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and we
were even able to grab a bite to eat. We left early for the airport and
no one was at the coffee bar so the van driver made me an iced latte and
it was perfect. -

I liked the location and easy access off of I-95 South. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel was clean and had an inside elevator to our room. The staff is terrific. This was a last minute booking due to a flight
cancellation. I called the staff to confirm, and they were on top of it,
and very welcoming whenI finally arrived after midnight. It is such an

I really enjoyed my stay there despite the bad weather from Andrea it was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. My family was very impressed with the service. I love the king bed, and the huge tub, thats was a big plus, especially
have the bar on the of the tub. I love the balcony that I had access to,
I do not smoke in my house and I did not want a smoking room because the
smell last forever, and to have the access to the balcony was awesome.
Also the lady that made my bed and brought me fresh liens was a lady
named Helen and she was amazing, she did a wonderful job. Also the

Excellent experience!
Staff was exceptional - we had been traveling for several days and needed a laundromat. The desk clerk was very helpful and also suggested a good dinner spot. Beautiful room with large, comfortable beds and cute window seat! We will make this a regular stop on the way through Charlotte in the future!
