I liked that we were feet away from the surf. I didn't have to cross bridges over dunes or walk hundreds of feet to get to the beach. I was able to sit on my balcony every morning and watch the sun come up and watch the waves. The room had a retro feel which suited me just fine. The Bistro had a great breakfast and the best smoked tuna sandwic

The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant, The location was convenient and you could not beat the ocean front view. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food was some of the finest I have every eaten. This is one of my favorite places to stay on the Outer Banks.

I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in
Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It had all of my medications, jewelry, expensive camera equipment - everything most important to me - in it. I was extremely grateful for the person's honesty and integrity

We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were
greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice
restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we
could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat
at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step
directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go
back and stay there again very soon.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My friend left her keys in the room, apparently they had fallen out of her bag and under the bed, and they found them and fedexed them back to her. Also, the location was fantastic for those who enjoy a downtown nightlife type of atmosphere...the hotel is located in the center of it all! -

The Hilton Charlotte Center was in a excellent location. I liked the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, museums and sporting venues. The hotel also was very clean and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Lastly the food in the dining room (buffet) was quite good. -

Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, responsive and
friendly. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful shower,
everything was very clean. I had a corner room with mountain views from
both windows. The room itself was well designed and decorated. Room
service prices were surprisingly reasonable and service was super fast. -

arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse so our stay was perfect.
Can't really review standard rooms. Loved the idea of a voucher
towards cots of a la carte breakfast. Meant we had a smaller better
quality meal
