Oh my, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! Approximately 50 minutes before I checked in, they had experienced a "flash" flood. The staff had worked hard to clean up the lobby area as quickly as possible. The front desk staff was extremely calm under the circumstances. Bravo!! -

The room was very spacious and modern. I loved the office and sofa setup in the room as well as the large shower instead of an old style tub shower. I was very pleased with the room and will most likely stay there on my next trip. I also would like to get information on conference room rental for my next trip for 30-50 people room size, class room

Very comfortable accommodations with a very pleasant staff. There are
many restaurants and shopping around. People were very friendly. All
details were handled perfectly. I have no complaints. I love the hot
cookies when I came in from a long day.

some how your reservation were misplaced and could NOT be found. If had not had a copy of the confermation receipt this would have been a disaster. In addition the service at Fridays Restaurant ajoining the Hotel was a disaster to say the least and poor food besides -

The staff was wonderful!! We were there for prom and the staff helped us find flowers, restaurants, shopping, everything! When my daughter's boyfriend picked her up, the ladies behind the desk came out, helped her pin on his flower, and took pictures of all of us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. -

by Asheville - this was our first time in the area. My only criticism is
that the description states this hotel is downtown. It's not. You
have to drive a couple of miles to the action. The location is still
very convenient, however. -

The room was not furnished with the typical hotel furniture. The king
size bed was made with the heavy pine rough cut timber. There was a
sofa, futon and rocker in the room, as well. A refrigerator and
microwave were provided. Coffee maker and supplies were also provided.
Even though we didn't use it, there was a Tiki bar at the pool.

is offered for $6 on the weekends was very good. -
Friendly atmosphere, good food from the convenient onsite restaurant and live entertainment at the Tiki Bar. We brought our trailer with motorcycle and the front desk was happy to accommodate special parking. Two days prior to check-in a lady named Beth from the hotel called us offering a room upgrade. Fridge and microwave in room is very convenient. We will definitely return for future visits.

While the facility is obviously old they have modernized an old fashion motel and added an elevator. The room had a king sized bed with respectable bedding. Nothing fancy but good value for a quick stay at the airport. -
