  Enjoyed the pretty lobby, continental breakfast and convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful when I forgot to bring toothpaste. - Loved the bed! It was really comfortable. The room was a perfect size and we very much enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave.

  The staff was wonderful!! We were there for prom and the staff helped us find flowers, restaurants, shopping, everything! When my daughter's boyfriend picked her up, the ladies behind the desk came out, helped her pin on his flower, and took pictures of all of us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. - Desk clerk was very friendly ... wat mensen zeggen » and helpful. Do not have her name but we were there Monday the 2nd checking out Tuesday the 3rd. She represrnted your hotel admirably and we were impressed. Stayed the second nite in Statesville at a HI express and had rude treattment. Please pass along my comments.

  After expressing my dissatisfaction with 2 rooms (one was filthy and smelled horrible, the other the ac didn't work), the woman at the desk told me to try either of the last 2 and if I still was not happy, she would refund my money. The bed was pretty comfortable and the ac in the room I slept in was excellent!

  It was a very nice, quiet hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, it came with microwave and mini refreigator. I loved the lobby area, ourside courtyard with fire place and the pool area was very nice. - The shuttle driver was extremely helpful. The check in clerk was very nice as well.   Great hotel and excellent staff. We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by Asheville - this was our first time in the area. My only criticism is that the description states this hotel is downtown. It's not. You have to drive a couple of miles to the action. The location is still very convenient, however. - the bedding. The pillows were so nice ... wat mensen zeggen » and soft. Very white and fresh. Location close to Outback and DQ. Carpet looked new and clean. I liked the ease and efficiency of the thermostat. I appreciated the hairdryer.
